The Bank of Russia Annual Report for 2020 was prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 86‑FZ, dated 10 July 2002,"‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)". The report reflects performance in the key areas and includes a review of the internal and external environment, the annual financial statements of the Bank of Russia, the auditor’s report and the statement by the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.
